These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between those accessing this site and/or purchasing goods fron nickteed-art.com and any application related, linked or otherwise connected to nickteed-art.com and Nick Teed the artist.
The site is our proprietory property and all content (text, photographs, graphics and logos) are protected by international copyright laws and conventions.
It is prohibited for any art depicted on this site to be copied, edited, photographed, reproduced, posted, publicly displayed, uploaded or distributed for personal or business use. Any form of commercial or personal exploitation of the contents of this site, without the prior express permission of Nick Teed the artist or other senior registered staff with the necessary authority at nickteed-art.com, will result in prosecution.
DISCLAIMER
Our electronic displays may not in some cases, absolutely accurately depict some colours in some of Nick's artworks, however our displays will at the very least be extremely close to the physical pieces as we only use the highest quality materials and professional calibre printers.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards at our online shop checkout. The accepted currency is in English pounds. Artworks purchased directly from the shop will be packaged and dispatched (unless there are extreme unforseen and unavoidable circumstances) within four working days.
COMMISSIONS
The process for commissioned works will begin with an initial cosultation via email or telephone call. For portraiture, photographs are required as will be discussed at consultation. Once a commission is made, half the quoted and agreed full fee for the portrait must be paid. Once the work is completed and delivered, the remainder of the fee becomes payable.
We will not take commissions or create personalised artworks/greeting cards etc, where we consider the required content to be offensive, indecent, immoral or in breach of any laws.
REVIEWS
We have no obligation to accept reviews. We may accept or reject reviews at our sole discretion, adhering to our own policy which is as follows;
For a customer review to be accepted and potentially posted;
* The reviewer must have first hand experience of the artist or artwork being reviewed.
* No false or misleading statements should be included in the review.
* There must be no profanity or offensive, racist or abusive language in the review.
By posting a review, customers grant us the right to reproduce worldwide (royalty free), post and distribute all or part of the review.
nickteed-art.com site and online shop are hosted in the United Kingdom. Those accessing the site from other regions of the world with laws or other requirements concerning personal data collection that differ from such laws in the United Kingdom are expressly consenting to have their data transferred to and processed in the Unite Kingdom.

We will, without legal obligation to do so, make every effort to resolve any issues that customers may have concerning our service or products where we consider it to be reasonable to do so.
